(a) A timeshare plan may be created in any accommodation, unless expressly prohibited by the timeshare instruments.
(b) Timeshare interests may be created in the form of a contractual interest, lease, condominium, trust, cooperative, undivided ownership interest, or any form of subdivision permitted by law.
(c) A timeshare interest in a multisite timeshare plan consisting of a trust that contains property both within this Territory and outside of this Territory may be situated outside of this Territory, and the timeshare interest may be conveyed and encumbered pursuant to the terms of the trust and the law of the situs jurisdiction. The nature and quality of the timeshare interest as depicted in the disclosures required by the situs jurisdiction must be recognized within this Territory.
(d) No action for partition of an accommodation may be maintained except as permitted by the timeshare instrument.
