(a) If a prime contractor or owner has secured a payment bond under section 259 of this title a notice of surety bond shall be recorded.
(b) The notice shall be signed by the contractor or owner and by the surety company and shall state:(1) the real estate being improved with a description thereof sufficient for identification;(2) the name and address of the owner and of the prime contractor;(3) the name and address of the surety company and the name of a person on whom service of process may be made; and(4) a statement that the bond meets the requirements of section 259 of this title; and(5) the amount of the payment bond.
