Primary Cytiva US bioreactor bag manufacturing facility. Produces WAVE Cellbag and Xcellerex single-use bags. During COVID-19 (2020–21), this facility operated 24/7 with a 12–18 month backlog for bags needed for mRNA vaccine production. The polyethylene film used here must meet USP Class VI / ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards — a small number of film suppliers qualify.
