100% of Xinte polysilicon capacity located in Xinjiang. ~120,000 MT/yr capacity. Subject to UFLPA Withhold Release Orders; US Customs blocks imports. Powered primarily by coal-fired electricity from Xinjiang's grid — enabling low-cost production. The Xinjiang location is both the economic advantage (cheap energy, cheap labor) and the legal barrier to Western market access.
