Primary Hubei Xingfa production complex; 60,000 MT/year dedicated STPP capacity. Located near the Three Gorges Dam area in the Yangtze River gorge region — an area with both significant hydroelectric power (cheap electricity for chemical production) and phosphate rock deposits in Hubei. Hubei Xingfa is the world's largest single STPP producer from this single complex.
