Formerly Clearon Corp.; acquired by Solenis (Platinum Equity) September 2022; renamed Innovative Water Care July 2023. South Charleston is in the Kanawha Valley chemical corridor — one of the most concentrated chemical production regions in the US. West Virginia location gives it inland geographic diversity from Gulf Coast hurricane risk that threatens BioLab Westlake and OxyChem Luling.
