Produces copper cathode (99.99% purity) distributed to China's electrical wire, transformer winding, and electronics industries. China's copper smelting dominance is concentrated at a small number of massive sites including Guixi — any environmental shutdown, regulatory action, or concentrate supply disruption at Guixi would materially affect global cathode supply.
