Produces fiber-grade GeCl4, PV-grade Ge wafers (300,000/yr capacity for solar cells), infrared Ge crystals, compound semiconductors. Annual germanium ingot capacity 47.6 t; geranium tetrahydride 60 t. One of China's two primary germanium production centers alongside Qujing.
