Primary production facility for Nytro transformer mineral oil. Processes naphthenic crude from Venezuela (PDV Bitumen supply agreement). US OFAC Venezuela sanctions temporarily impaired Nynas's banking and feedstock access in 2019, threatening global transformer oil supply.
