POSCO's primary tinplate production site; also produces galvanized and cold-rolled steel. POSCO Gwangyang Works (South Jeolla) is a secondary site. POSCO also holds a JV in Qinhuangdao, China (Zhongyue POSCO, 250,000 MT/year tin-plated sheets).
