Main Twaron production facility at 1e Bokslootweg 17, Emmen, Drenthe — described as the world's largest aramid factory. Operates 24/7 shifts; three sub-facilities on site: spinning, converting/after-treatment, and Endumax tape. Capacity ~36,500 metric tons/year (spinning). Expanded by 25%+ through 2022 investment program (announced December 2017). Produces Twaron yarn directly used in optical fiber cable strength members (ADSS, FTTH, premises cables). Continues full operations despite Arnhem site closure.
