Tianma Wuhan LTPS/OLED Fab
Tianma's Gen 6 LTPS (Low Temperature Polysilicon) and OLED fab in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Opened 2019. Produces mid-range laptop LCD panels and small-format OLED for smartphones and tablets. Co-located with BOE's Wuhan B10 fab in China's primary display manufacturing cluster. Tianma's state ownership by AVIC (China Aviation Industry Corporation) means this facility's process technology is dual-use — the same TFT-LCD capability used for laptop panels supports avionics display production for Chinese military aircraft programs.
