TOK Kanagawa Photoresist Plant (Kawasaki)
Tokyo Ohka Kogyo's primary photoresist manufacturing plant in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture. Produces TOK's EUV, ArF, and KrF photoresist product lines. TOK's Kanagawa campus is adjacent to the company's TAJRC (Tama Advanced Research Joint Center) next-generation resist laboratory. TOK's fluorinated polyimide (produced at this facility) was one of three chemicals targeted by Japan's July 2019 export controls on South Korea — causing Samsung and SK Hynix to scramble for alternative supply.
