Xinte Energy — Xinjiang Polysilicon Production Base

Primary polysilicon production facility for Xinte Energy (XINTE:HK) in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. ~300,000 MT/year capacity, making Xinte the 4th largest polysilicon producer globally. Like Daqo and GCL's Xinjiang operations, Xinte polysilicon is subject to UFLPA rebuttable presumption in US trade. Xinte also has operations in Inner Mongolia. The combination of Xinjiang producers (GCL, Daqo, Xinte) accounts for the majority of China's 91% global polysilicon share — and Xinjiang polysilicon specifically is restricted from US solar panels under UFLPA (Section 3 presumption).
