Requires that reserve brigadier generals (Army, Air Force, Marine Corps) and Navy reserve rear admirals (lower half) who have not been recommended for the next higher rank must be separated from the Reserve on the last day of the month they turn 62. They are not separated if they already retired, were moved to the Retired Reserve, were discharged earlier, or are covered by a different rule; the separation is done under the applicable procedures.
