If someone covered by these military rules asks or tells another person to commit a crime under these rules, a court-martial can punish them. If the person asks or tells someone to commit a crime listed in articles 85, 94, or 99, and that crime is attempted or carried out, the asker gets the same punishment as for that crime. If the crime is not attempted or done, a court-martial decides the penalty.
