Require courts to cooperate with foreign courts when multiple foreign proceedings involve one debtor. Orders for a foreign nonmain proceeding must match any foreign main proceeding. If a main proceeding is recognized later, the court must review and change or end conflicting orders; if another nonmain proceeding is recognized later, the court must adjust orders to help coordinate the cases.
