Defines key words used in sections 37 and 37a. "Antitrust laws" means what subsection (a) of section 12 of this title says, and also includes section 45 of this title when that section covers unfair methods of competition. "Charitable remainder trust" means what section 664(d) of title 26 says. "Charitable gift annuity" means what section 501(m)(5) of title 26 says. "Final determination" includes an IRS decision that, after donor and donee finish administrative appeals, denies the donor’s charitable deduction for the year of the gift because the donee failed to meet the rules in those title 26 sections. "Person" means what subsection (a) of section 12 of this title says. "State" means what section 15g(2) of this title says.
