Defines key terms used in the chapter. An "armored car crew member" is a person who protects goods moved by an armored car company. An "armored car company" is a business regulated under subchapter I of chapter 135 and registered under chapter 139 of title 49 that transports and protects items, including currency, bullion, securities, precious metals, and supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) benefits, in interstate commerce. "State" means any State of the United States or the District of Columbia.
