Title 15 › Chapter 93— INSURANCE › Subchapter III— NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REGISTERED AGENTS AND BROKERS › § 6762
Anyone harmed or unhappy with an Association decision or action may file a lawsuit in the proper U.S. district court, but only after first reasonably trying to resolve the matter inside the Association. The court must give proper weight to the Association’s interpretation of its bylaws, standards, and this part of the law.
