Sets aside certain lands in Colorado as a public reservation and removes them from sale, settlement, entry, or other disposal. The boundary starts where the north quarter corner of unsurveyed fractional section 2 in Township 34 North, Range 15 West meets the north edge of the Southern Ute Indian Reservation. From that point it runs by a series of numbered section corners in Township 34 North (Ranges 15 and 16 West) and Township 35 North (Ranges 14 and 15 West), follows the east bank of the Rio Mancos southeast to the reservation’s northern boundary, and then returns west along that reservation boundary to the starting point. The area is named Mesa Verde National Park.
