Title 16 › Chapter 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › Subchapter XXI— ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK › § 193
Existing valid land claims, entries, or locations under U.S. land laws—like homesteads, mining claims, or rights-of-way—stay valid, and owners keep their rights to use and enjoy the land. When it does not conflict with the park’s main purposes, the Act of February 15, 1901 about locating rights-of-way for irrigation and other uses still applies to lands inside the park.
