Adds certain lands to Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas. It includes parts of many sections in Township 2 South, Range 19 West (for example the northeast quarter of section 33, the northwest quarter of section 34, and various privately owned parts of sections 27, 22, 15, 16, 21, 20, 28, 29, 30, and 31 as listed). It also adds all of section 36 and parts of section 35 in Township 2 South, Range 20 West; parts of sections 1 and 2 in Township 3 South, Range 20 West; parts of section 6 in Township 3 South, Range 19 West; and specific city property in Hot Springs: blocks 27, 189, 195, and 196; lots 8–13 in block 125; lots 4, 5, 7–14 in block 188; Fountain Street adjoining those lots and blocks; Reserve Avenue from Palm Street to Cypress Street; and two unnamed 20‑foot streets running from Fountain Street to the Government boundary between the noted blocks. When the Secretary of the Interior acquires any of these lands for the United States, they must become part of Hot Springs National Park and be governed by the park’s laws and rules.
