Advisory Council is the Great Sand Dunes National Park Advisory Council created under section 410hhh–6(a). Luis Maria Baca Grant No. 4 is the land described in the patent dated February 20, 1900, recorded in book 86, page 20 of the Saguache County Clerk and Recorder. Map is the "Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve" map, number 140/80,032, dated September 19, 2000. National monument is the Great Sand Dunes National Monument, including lands added under this subchapter. National park is the Great Sand Dunes National Park established in section 410hhh–2. Wildlife refuge is the Baca National Wildlife Refuge established in section 410hhh–4. Preserve is the Great Sand Dunes National Preserve established in section 410hhh–3. Resources are the resources described in section 410hhh. Secretary is the Secretary of the Interior. Uses are the uses described in section 410hhh.
