The Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County Battlefields Memorial National Military Park will include the land inside the "Proposed Park Boundary" shown on the maps numbered 326–40075D/89, 326–40074E/89, 326–40069B/89, 326–40070D/89, 326–40071C/89, 326–40076A/89, and 326–40073D/89 (all dated June 1989) and map number 326–40072E/89/A (dated September 1990). Those maps are kept at the National Park Service, Department of the Interior, and anyone can look at them. Land that is inside the "Existing Park Boundary" but outside the "Proposed Park Boundary" is removed from the park under section 425l(b). The Secretary of the Interior may give Virginia full or shared legislative control of those removed lands by filing a notice with the Governor. The transfer starts when the Governor accepts it or as Virginia law provides.
