Defines key terms used in this part of the law. "Participating county" is an eligible county that chooses under section 7112(d) to spend part of the Federal funds it gets under section 7112 according to this subchapter. "Project funds" are all the money an eligible county sets aside under section 7112(d) to spend under this subchapter. "Resource advisory committee" is an advisory group either created by the Secretary in charge under section 7125 or found by that Secretary to meet section 7125’s requirements. "Resource management plan" means either a Bureau of Land Management land use plan for the federal lands listed in section 7102(7)(B) made under section 1712 of title 43, or a Forest Service land and resource management plan made under section 1604 of this title.
