Title 16 › Chapter 8— UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER NATIONAL WILDLIFE AND FISH REFUGE › § 726
Do not enter a wildlife refuge or disturb, hurt, kill, or take its wild birds, game animals, fur-bearing animals, fish or other aquatic animals, plants, nests, eggs, trees, or U.S. property unless you follow rules the Secretary of the Interior sets for those animals and plants. Commercial fishing in the refuge waters is allowed only under those rules.
