Title 16 › Chapter 9A— PRESERVATION OF FISHERY RESOURCES › § 757
The Secretary of Commerce may use the facilities and services of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho agencies that manage fish and wildlife, under agreements with those states, and may do this without following section 6101 of title 41. Funds for sections 755–757 can pay to build or improve facilities on land the United States does not own, but the state agency must first get, at no cost to the United States, the needed title, rights‑of‑way, or licenses.
