Summary

The Secretary of the Interior may give York County, Virginia, the U.S.-owned part of the sewage system inside Colonial National Historical Park, plus any rights-of-way needed, without payment. The Secretary may also agree to pay up to $110,000 for repairs. That agreement must cut or remove what the National Park Service pays for sewage, keep harm to the park low, and stop any big enlargement or major changes without NPS approval. The Secretary may also add and buy the lands shown on the map dated August 1996, number 333/80031B, titled "Page Landing Addition to Colonial National Historical Park." The map is on file at the park and in Washington, D.C. Money needed to carry out these actions may be appropriated. Secretary of the Interior: the official in charge of the Department of the Interior.
