§1854 Overtime Compensation for Certain Employees of Architect of Capitol

Summary

Per diem and hourly employees of the Office of the Architect of the Capitol who are not covered by chapter 51 or subchapter III of chapter 53 of title 5 must be treated as covered by 5 U.S.C. 5544(a) and 6102 for overtime pay. Sections 60e–3 and 60e–4 of this title do not apply to those employees.

For overtime pay purposes, per diem and per hour employees under the Office of the Architect of the Capitol not subject to chapter 51 and subchapter III of chapter 53 of title 5, shall be regarded as subject to the provisions of section 5544(a) and 6102 of title 5, and section 60e–3 and 60e–4 of this title shall not be applicable to such employees.
