No one may sell, ship, offer for sale, or receive for shipment in commerce carcasses, parts, or meat from species named in rules effective the day before November 10, 2005, unless they are clearly labeled to show the kind of animal. If the Secretary requires, inspected plants must prepare those animals and their meat in separate facilities from other species.
