Defines key words used in the chapter about Native American human remains, cultural objects, and rules for export or trafficking. Native American — includes the Native American and Native Hawaiian definitions in 25 U.S.C. 3001. Native Hawaiian organization — the meaning in 25 U.S.C. 3001. Secretary — the Secretary of the Interior. Tangible cultural heritage — Native American human remains or objects, resources, or patrimony important for culture, history, or archaeology and tied to Native American cultures.
