Title 33 › Chapter 26— WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL › Subchapter VI— STATE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL REVOLVING FUNDS › § 1381
The Administrator must give money to each State to set up a water pollution control revolving fund. The fund must help carry out the chapter’s goals by paying for the projects and activities listed in section 1383(c). The Administrator and each State must agree on a payment schedule based on the State’s intended use plan under section 1386(c). Payments must come in quarterly (three-month) installments and as quickly as possible, but no later than the earlier of 8 quarters after the State obligated the funds or 12 quarters after the funds were allotted to the State.
