§15502 Comprehensive Economic and Infrastructure Development Plans

Summary

Each State member of the Commission must send in a complete economic and infrastructure plan for the part of the region it represents. The plan must follow the Commission’s policies and match the goals, objectives, and priorities in any Commission plan made under section 15303. When making the plan and choosing projects, the State must talk with local development districts, local governments, and local colleges and universities and consider their goals and recommendations. The Commission and the relevant State and local districts must promote public participation as much as possible and create rules for public input, including public hearings.
