Creates a separate account in the Treasury to hold deposits under section 6506(f) and up to $2,000,000 in appropriated money. The Architect of the Capitol can use the money to pay for upkeep, utilities, and operation of the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building and related improvements; to reimburse the U.S. Capitol Police for exterior security; to make lease payments under section 6504; and to pay needed staff and consultants.
