The Secretary, through the Centers for Disease Control, must publish and send to the States and the public a report not later than 3 years after October 24, 1992, and every year after that. The report must show pregnancy success rates clinics reported, list any fertility clinics that failed to report and which rates they missed, and from lab reports identify embryo labs in states that adopted the certification program and whether they are certified; identify labs in states that did not adopt the program but are certified by a Secretary‑approved accrediting body; and say whether labs that are not certified applied for certification.
