Creates a grant program the Secretary must run to give money to accredited medical and nursing schools and other health professional training programs. Grants must fund training for health workers to improve prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum care for racial and ethnic minority patients, including training about perceptions and bias. Applicants must apply to the Secretary as required. Grant recipients must report regularly on their activities and any effects on patient outcomes. The Secretary may collect and share best practices and must report to Congress by September 30, 2026 about the grant work and any best practices. Up to $5,000,000 is authorized for each fiscal year 2023 through 2027.
