Title 43 › Chapter 9— DESERT-LAND ENTRIES › § 335
Secretary may extend up to three years the deadline for final proof on desert‑land claims made before March 4, 1915. Claimant or qualified assignee (including those assigned before that date) must have met yearly requirements and, under Secretary's rules, show a reasonable chance to complete required reclamation, irrigation, cultivation. It applies only when sections 333 and 334 or other laws before that date do not allow an extension.
