Title 5 › Part III— EMPLOYEES › Subpart G— Insurance and Annuities › Chapter 89A— ENHANCED DENTAL BENEFITS › § 8960
Contracts must make a qualified company give the Office whatever reasonable reports the Office needs and must let the Office and the Government Accountability Office (GAO) look at the company’s records when needed. Federal agencies must keep records, make required certifications, and give the Office, the qualified company, or both any information or reports the Office asks for. The Office must do regular reviews of the plans covered by this chapter, compare their dental benefits with those in chapter 89 to check competitiveness, and work with the GAO on periodic evaluations.
