Contracts must require the chosen company to give the Office any reasonable reports it needs and to let the Office and the Government Accountability Office look at company records needed to do the job. Federal agencies must keep records, make required certifications, and provide the Office or the company with information and reports when the Office asks. The Office must periodically review the plans under this chapter, including comparing their vision benefits to those in chapter 89 to keep the plans competitive. The Office must also work with the Government Accountability Office to provide regular evaluations of the program.
