The Secretary must set minimum quality rules for grain stored for the Commodity Credit Corporation. The rules must consider how well the grain will hold up in storage and how well it will work for its end uses. The Commodity Credit Corporation must use Federal Grain Inspection Service–approved procedures to check grain it gets from producers, and an official inspection will be done only if the producer asks.
