Title 7 › Chapter 13— AGRICULTURAL AND MECHANICAL COLLEGES › Subchapter II— COLLEGE-AID ANNUAL APPROPRIATION › § 322
Each year, $50,000 is paid from Treasury funds not already used to each State and Territory to help support colleges set up under the law to teach agriculture and the mechanic arts. The money must be used only for teaching food and agricultural sciences and for the facilities for that instruction, and part may be used to train teachers in those subjects.
