Magnet Site Sunset for Site 2
Site 2 of the new Foreign-Trade Zone No. 303 is designated a magnet site and is subject to an ASF sunset provision. If Site 2 is not activated within five years from the month of approval (the Board granted the zone on January 10, 2025), authority for Site 2 will terminate.
2,000-Acre Activation Limit Applies
The Board applied its standard 2,000-acre activation limit to Foreign-Trade Zone No. 303. That acreage cap is the limit for activated acreage under the Board's standard rules for this zone.
