The President ordered that the Federal Government release all records it holds about the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The order requires the Director of National Intelligence and the Attorney General to present a plan for the full release of JFK records within 15 days and a plan for RFK and MLK records within 45 days of January 23, 2025.
