Summary
The U.S. Department of Commerce checked if polyester textured yarn from India was sold too cheaply in 2023 and found it wasn’t. This means no extra taxes (antidumping duties) will be added for now. Companies involved should keep an eye out and can share their thoughts before the final decision.

No Preliminary Antidumping Duties
If your business imports or uses polyester textured yarn from India, the Department of Commerce preliminarily found those imports were not sold below normal value for the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Because of this preliminary finding, no antidumping duties will be imposed for that period while the review continues.
