Summary

The U.S. Court made a new ruling about the investigation of PTFE resin from India, changing how much extra tax (antidumping duty) some Indian companies, like Gujarat Fluorochemicals, have to pay. This means the government is updating the final decision and tax rates for these products from 2020. If you’re involved in importing or selling this resin, expect changes soon that could affect costs and timing.
