Cambodian Solar Cells Found Dumped

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells (whether or not assembled into modules) from Cambodia were sold in the U.S. at less than fair value for the period April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. Because of this finding, importers might face extra duties starting soon. If you import or sell these solar cells, prepare for changes that could affect prices and delivery timing.
