Start of Holtwood license renewal review

Deadline to submit comments and study requests

If you want to comment on the Pre-Application Document (PAD) or Scoping Document 1 (SD1), or submit study requests or requests for cooperating agency status, you must file them with FERC by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 31, 2025. Filings can be made electronically via FERC's eFiling or eComment systems, or by paper mail to the addresses listed in the notice.

Environmental site review attendance rules

An environmental site review of the Holtwood Project is scheduled for June 26, 2025 (9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EDT) and you must RSVP by June 20, 2025. Persons attending must be 18 years or older, wear sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots, will not be allowed to wear open-toed footwear, cannot take photographs inside the powerhouse, and no weapons, alcohol/drugs, or animals (except service animals) are allowed on-site.
