Antidumping Probe Starts July 15, 2025

Commerce will make its preliminary determination no later than 140 days after initiation, and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) will issue its preliminary injury determination within 45 days after the petition was filed.
Domestic Producer Rezolex Filed Petition
Rezolex, Ltd. Co. filed the antidumping and countervailing duty petitions and identified itself as the sole remaining U.S. producer of the domestic like product. Commerce found that the petition is supported by 100 percent of the U.S. industry (per the petitioner's submitted data).
Which Paprika Imports Are Covered
The investigation covers oleoresin paprika meeting specific product thresholds: an ASTA value of at least 500 or a color unit (CU) value of at least 20,000, and includes specified HTSUS subheadings such as 3203.00.8000 and 3301.90.1010.
