Notice

Summary

The U.S. checked if RZBC’s citric acid from China was sold too cheaply between May 2023 and April 2024 and found it wasn’t. This means no extra taxes (antidumping duties) will be charged for now. Companies involved can still share their thoughts before the final decision.

No Preliminary Antidumping Duties for RZBC

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily found that RZBC Group and related RZBC companies did not sell citric acid from China at less than normal value during May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024. Because of that preliminary finding, no antidumping duties will be charged for that period for RZBC's sales while the review continues.
